Do we have to order our children's photos online?
Yes. We would prefer that you order online. If you are having difficulty please feel free to email us at email@example.com.
When and where will our photos be delivered?
All orders made by the online order deadline date will be bulk shipped to the school. These orders will arrive within two weeks after the deadline date. All late orders will be shipped directly to the parent's home address.
Can we choose a different background?
No. Unfortunately the background cannot be changed after the photos have been taken. The background and poses have been previously selected by the school.
Are there retakes available?
Yes. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more information on our retake days. When sending an email, please include your child's name, class info (example 3AM), school and location (example ABC Preschool at 123 Play Street, Vancouver, BC).
What if I missed my school's order deadline date and still want to place an order?
No problem. You have one year to place an order on our online ordering system and the order will be sent directly to your home. Please Note: All late shipping orders will be charged an additional processing and handling fee.
Can I choose from 2 different access codes in one order?
Yes. Choose all the images and sizes you want from the first access code and then click Change my gallery and enter the second access code. Please note you can only do this if you are ordering prints and downloads not just downloads. If you are only ordering downloads then you must place 2 separate orders.
